Research On Energy Efficiency Management Of Oilfield Heating Furnace Based On Life Cycle

China has a vast territory and rich mineral resources.It is known as “big land and abundant resources”.However,in terms of per capita possession of resources,China's per capita retention is much lower than the world's average.Resource shortage is one of the major problems facing society today.One of the contradictions facing the current sustainable development of society.In the oil field production,the heating furnace is the most direct thermal equipment.As far as X Oilfield Company is concerned,its A and B plates currently have around 600 sets of various types of heating furnaces,which consumes 17 million m3 of natural gas per year.It accounts for about 30% of the energy consumption of the oil field and is the main energy-consuming large consumer.The energy efficiency and management level of the oilfield heating furnace not only directly affect the production cost of the oil field,but also relates to the energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development of the oil field.Therefore,good energy efficiency management of the heating furnace is very important in production operations.At present,the energy efficiency management of oilfield heating furnaces is in a single-stage,single-level,unilateral research state.It is in the stage of “problem solving problems” and there is not yet a comprehensive energy efficiency management method.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the energy efficiency management of the X Oilfield Heating Furnace,combined with the whole life cycle theory,the first time explored the energy efficiency management of the oilfield heating furnace throughout the life cycle,and finally explored a set of life cycle energy efficiency management methods.The practical energy-saving measures are proposed.This article makes use of a series of scientific research methods such as literature research,project comparison,investigation and analysis,and experience summarization.It combines the life cycle theory and the furnace energy efficiency management theory to analyze the energy efficiency of the equipment under different working conditions and finds the energy efficiency of the oil field heating furnace.Management problems.From the aspect of equipment planning,design,manufacturing,use and maintenance,post-restructuring,shutting down and scrapping,the company's energy efficiency requirements throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment are analyzed,and the current energy conservation status,energy efficiency management status and related Field research and analysis of the theory and technology,and further put forward practical measures for energy efficiency measures.Find out the energy efficiency management measures that are suitable for the energy-saving and energy-efficiency improvement of China's oilfield heating furnace.The paper intends to analyze the current status of energy-efficiency management in oilfield heating furnaces and analyzes the current development of energy efficiency management theory and the applicability of various energy-saving and energy-efficiency technologies by referring to a large number of documents.Through on-site investigation of the safe operation of the oil furnace belonging to PetroChina X Oilfield and the impact factors of low thermal efficiency,the impact of various factors on the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace was comprehensively analyzed,and suggestions for energy-saving and efficiency enhancement of the heating furnace were proposed.Carry out case analysis,improve management level,rely on technological advancement,adhere to the principle of combining system optimization,management efficiency,and technology efficiency,make full use of the full life cycle theory,and achieve an optimal solution for energy efficiency management goals of heating furnaces in an efficient and orderly manner.The research on the energy efficiency management of the furnace with the full life cycle theory is more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable to adapt the energy efficiency requirements of the equipment from technology and management.
