At present,the production situation of oilfield is increasingly severe,the decline of oil production and the rise of water content leads to the energy consumption level of oilfield process equipment gradually away from the expected standard.As one of the most widely used equipment in oil and gas gathering and transportation system,the energy consumption level of oilfield heater directly affects the economic benefits of the oilfield.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and evaluate the energy efficiency of heating furnace for energy saving and consumption reduction project in oilfield.This paper first summarizes the test parameters and energy efficiency calculation method of oilfield heating furnace,finds out the factors influencing the energy efficiency of heating furnace through energy-saving monitoring data,including excess air coefficient,exhaust gas temperature,furnace pressure,load rate,temperature difference between ambient and furnace surface,and analyzes the influence mechanism of various factors on energy efficiency.Stepwise regression analysis,principal component analysis and partial least square regression analysis are used to comprehensively determine the main influencing factors of heating furnace energy efficiency.Through the design of orthogonal test and applicability analysis,the thermal efficiency,excess air coefficient,exhaust gas temperature and furnace side surface temperature are determined as the energy efficiency evaluation indexes of oilfield heating furnace.Then,based on the combination of weight method and grey TOPSIS decision analysis,the standardized model of energy efficiency evaluation of oilfield heating furnace is established.Firstly,the subjective weight of each evaluation index of the heater is given by the hierarchical analysis method based on G1,and then the objective weight of each evaluation index of the heater is calculated by entropy weight method.The combination weight method of game theory is used to combine subjective and objective results as the final weight.On this basis,the practical operation state of the oilfield heating furnace and its ideal operation state are calculated by grey TOPSIS method.The advantages and disadvantages of each heating furnace are sorted according to the relative closeness.The practicability of the model is verified by the calculation and analysis of the examples.Finally,combined with the theoretical basis of oilfield heating furnace energy efficiency comprehensive evaluation standardization model,with the help of Visual Basic programming language,the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system of heating furnace is intellectualized,and the energy efficiency evaluation software of oilfield heating furnace is developed,which realizes the classification evaluation function of structure type,fuel type,rated capacity and actual load rate of oilfield heating furnace.At the same time,it can analyze the energy-saving effect of heating furnace optimization scheme,and provide theoretical and technical support for scientific energy-saving and green operation of heating furnace in oilfield.
