| Since 2012,severe haze began to appear in North China and spread to most cities throughout the country.This has become a puLBic hazard in puLBic life.This has become a puLBic hazard in puLBic life.Industrial emissions,emissions from motor vehicle exhaust,coal burning,waste incineration and road dust,and other excessive atmospH 值 eric particulate matter are the main factors causing haze.Among them,road traffic dust is an important source of air pollution.As of now,chemical dust suppressants are one of the most effective methods for suppressing dust,but at present,most dust suppressants have practical applications such as narrow applicability,single function,unsatisfactory dust suppression effect,and easy to cause pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a compound dust suppressant with high environmental adaptability and low cost and environmental protection.Through single-factor tests,the water content,water retention,viscosity value,and surface tension were used as test indicators.From the 12 related dust suppressant raw materials,calcium acetate magnesium salt was selected as a moisture absorbent,triethanolamine as a moisturizer,and carboxymethyl Sodium starch was used as a binder and sodium lignosulfonate was used as a surface active agent.By orthogonal test,pH 值 value,hygroscopicity,viscosity value and anti-evaporation were used as test indexes to obtain the optimal formula of dust suppression agent.The mass concentration was 2.5% calcium magnesium acetate salt,2.0% triethanolamine,2.5% sodium carboxymethyl starch,and0.75% sodium lignosulfonate.The pH ysicochemical indexes and performance indexes of the optimal formulation were characterized.The result of the characterization was that the pH 值 of the dust suppressant solution was 7.19;the viscosity value was 81.87 mPa·m;the surface tension value was 31.59mN/m;the electrical conductivity was 4530 mS/ Cm;the moisture absorption rate after spraying is 4.83% for 5 h;moisture content after spraying is 5.36 % after 24 h,and moisture content is 3.77 % after 48 h;evaporation amount is 3.51 kg·m-2 at 55°C within 6 h after spraying,25°C The amount of evaporation on the road surface is 2.31 kg·m-2;the freezing point is-10°C;and the wind erosion rate of 5m/s after spraying dust suppression agent is 0,and the wind erosion rate of 15m/s reaches 3.40%,after simulation of rolling compaction The wind erosion rate of dust solution is 1.25% at 5m/s,and the wind erosion rate is 8.59% at15m/s.The optimal formula of dust suppression agent has good hygroscopicity,moisture resistance,excellent wind resistance,evaporation resistance,and low freezing point.Use in different environments.Through the inspection of a third-party testing agency,the road dust suppressant has no toxic or side effects,will not cause harm to the human body,will not produce corrosiveness on the road surface,and can be safely used without any adverse effectson the human body,vehicles and road surface.The dust suppression agent has a good practical application effect through small-scale test and pilot test.The average dust removal efficiency is 25% for TSP within 5 days,and the average removal efficiency for PM10 is 20%;the average removal efficiency for PM2.5concentration At about 15%;for NOx concentration removal rate of 13%,the removal effect of pollutants PM10> PM2.5> NOX;through economic analysis,spraying dust suppression agent solution to save 30% of the cost than to sprinkle,has a good Economic benefits.The compound road dust-reducing agent developed in this paper has a wide range of sources of raw materials and is ecologically friendly.It is suitaLBe for a variety of urban roads and has good dust suppression effects.It also has good economic and social benefits. |
