| Currently,most of the cement mines in China are opencast mines,and the roads for transporting mines are mostly temporary roads of earth and gravel.With the increasing intensity of mining,a large amount of dust generated during the transportation of stone materials has become a significant problem for cement enterprises,and the traditional method of dust suppression by sprinkling water is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of enterprises for dust suppression.The graft copolymerization reaction was used to synthesize a polymeric graft copolymer with dust suppression properties.The synthesis process conditions were optimized,and wetting and moisturizing agents were used to prepare a cellulose-based polymeric dust suppressant for cement mine roads.The dust suppressant was tested for dust suppression performance,and the main findings were as follows:1.Factors affecting the concentration of dust on the transport roads of cement mines include dust load,mine car load,travel speed,frequency of traffic,etc.The dust particle size on the transport roads is mainly distributed in the range of 10-100 μm,with an average dust moisture content of 0.2137 in clear weather and an average saturation water absorption rate of 17.9287 %.2.The experimental results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were achieved when the reaction temperature was controlled at 65 ℃,the reaction time was set to 5.5 h,the addition of KSP and MBA was 1.2 %,and 0.6 % of the mass fraction of the monomer respectively,and the mass ratio of m(CMC-Na):m(PVA)was3:1.The grafting rate was 90.75 %,and the solid content was 31.22 %.Sodium lignosulfonate was chosen as the wetting additive and propanetriol as the moisturizing additive,and the optimum additions were 0.8 % and 1 % of the mass fraction of the dust suppressant,respectively.3.The dust suppression performance of the prepared dust suppressant was tested by laboratory means and field tests.The results showed that the dust on the transport road was 50.92 % wetter,36.86 % water retention,and 45.93 % wind erosion resistant after spraying the dust suppressant compared to water sprinkling.The film-forming aggregation performance of the dust on the transport road was good,which can effectively resist the soft film damage caused by external environmental disturbance and the wind erosion effect of natural wind.When sprayed on the mine road,the adequate dust suppression time of single spraying of dust suppressant is more than four h under the high-temperature environment in summer.The average concentration of dust on the mine road during the test period is less than 5 mg/m~3.The real-time concentration of vehicles passing by is controlled within 6 mg/m~3,which is in line with the dust concentration hygiene standard of industrial enterprises,and the dust suppressant is effective. |
