In terms of consumption of dyes,auxiliaries,water resources and electric energy,low bath dyeing machine has exceeded over traditional dyeing machines.The active fabric cycling dyeing machine is a new type of low liquor ratio dyeing machine.It replaces the traditional way of the overflow dyeing machine which promotes circulation of the fabric by the nozzle jet dyeing liquid,so it has low liquor ratio.This thesis summarized the current situation and development trend of low liquor ratio dyeing machine and its controller in domestic and foreign.A dyeing machine control system combined with x86 architecture Linux platform and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)platform was designed firstly.This control system was divided into two parts,man-machine interaction interface part and PLC real-time control part.The two parts are connected by RS485 industry standard interface,and communicated by Modbus-RTU protocol.This architecture greatly simplified the complexity of the system,enhanced the expandability,and prevented the software exception of the dyeing machine caused by the program blocking of the man-machine interface.In this work,a touch-screen integrated machine and the Ubuntu system were adopted to construct the man-machine interaction system.The software was developed by the open-source Qt Library which can provide rich user operation interfaces and composed of eight modules including parameter setting,dyeing process setting,real-time status monitoring,and batch number management.According to the requirements of data interaction and the characteristics of various parameters,seven data tables based on SQLite were designed.The dyeing process setting,process parameters,and status data of the dyeing machine were classified and saved into the database for being convenient of accessing quickly.For the PLC control part,the Inovance PLC(H1U-3624MR-XP)was selected and the data storage of the PLC was addressed,so that the upper computer can read the data block conveniently.The communication between the man-machine interface and PLC was conducted based on the Modbus-RTU protocol.Considering the fact that the edge of the fabric is easily blocked by caterpillar while the fabric runs over the edge of the caterpillar,the edge detection control algorithm was designed to ensure the normal operation of the dyeing machine.In order to providing remote monitoring of the dyeing machine state,a data query platform based on cloud service was developed.The cloud service program based on Flask Framework was developed with Python programming language,and mobile client software was developed with Java and XML technology.Finally the query function of temperature,water level and alarm information was realized based on cloud service.This thesis completed the design and development of eight modules of the man-machine interface software of the upper computer,the RS485 communication test between the upper computer and the PLC,and the communication test between the cloud server and Android application.The controller system can verify the basic functions of the low liquor ratio dyeing machine,and has the advantages of being easy to expand and operate.The accomplishment of the network module will provide strong technical support for the construction of the control system network information management platform.
