As the infrastructure of manufacturing, NC machine tools have an important impact on the development of the manufacturing industry. The NC machine tools industry is in trouble that resources distribution is uneven, resources sharing scope is small, industry standardization level is low. There are several technical problems in cloud services. Firstly, the current description models lack of semantic information. Secondly, composition processes lack of quality of service constraints. Finally, there is no effective technology to deal with uncertain information in the decision-making process of cloud service plans. To solve the problems, the paper studied key technologies and application of design and manufacturing resources for NC machine tools (DMRNM). Combining with the national science and technology major project, a DMRNM cloud services platform was developed. The platform has achieved good effect in NC machine tool design and manufacturing processes.The main content of this paper were listed below:In the first chapter, the research status of the technologies in the cloud services creating and running processes were described. Then problems in the current research were analyzed and the research background of the paper was elaborated. Therefore the key technologies and application of DMRNM were put forward. In addition, the research content and the framework of this paper were presented.In the second chapter, a DMRNM cloud services modeling technology based on semantic extension was proposed. The function and support platform of cloud services pool were designed. With the formal methods, the DMRNM was classified. Functionality, interface, execution, status, quality of service and physical-virtual resources mapping semantics were added to the DMRNM cloud services. Finally, a data model based on XML and a semantic model based on ontology were constructed.In the third chapter, a multiple quality of service constrained DMRNM cloud services composition technology was proposed. Under the multiple quality of service constraints, a cloud services composition framework and process were planned. Design and manufacturing tasks were decomposed with the design and manufacturing task decomposition technology based on the HTN planning, thus the atomic tasks as service requests were received. With the cloud services composition technology based on the interface semantic matching degree, multiple independent and relevant services were composed according to the requirements of the application. At last, a new, more powerful combination cloud service was created.In the forth chapter, a DMRNM cloud service plans decision-making technology based on the manufacturing internet of things was proposed. A DMRNM cloud service plans decision-making model was constructed. Then with the DMRNM cloud service plans attributes weight calculation method based on QFD (Quality Function Deployment), weight of cloud service plans attributes were calculated under the influence of user expectations and attributes themselves. In the DMRNM cloud service plans decision-making technology based on set pair analysis, the matching degrees between cloud service plans and user requests were measured by the set pair contact degrees. According to the set pair contact degrees, the cloud service plans were fuzzy clustered and sorted. The method of stochastic simulation and fuzzy set value statistics were used to analyze the influence of uncertain information. In conclusion, an efficient and agile DMRNM cloud service plans decision-making technology aiming at uncertain information was proposed.In the fifth chapter, according to the technologies proposed and the national science and technology major project, a DMRNM cloud services platform was developed and got practical application in enterprises. Finally, a DMRNM cloud service plans decision-making example was took based on the platform. Therefore, the feasibility and effectiveness of the technologies in the paper were verified.In the sixth chapter, the main research contents and results were summarized, and an outlook of the future research was presented.
