Study On F+EPC Business Model Process Of CPP

F+EPC business model is an extremely important direction during the development of international project.In order to obtain the contracting rights continuously,earn higher profits and realize stable and sustainable development,the diversified development of international project impels CPP to extensively participate in the process of solving the problem of funding for project construction.This report studies the F+EPC business model to strengthen CPP’s operational capacity of this model and achieve the strategic goal of comprehensive internationalization.This report takes the F+EPC business model project and operation status as the research object and the methods include reviewing documents,interviewing experts,field research and case analysis.First,this report expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,analyzes and evaluates the research status at home and abroad,clarifies the research direction and technical route.Second,the connotation and characteristics of F+EPC business model are defined,the financing mode of F+EPC business model is introduced,and the theoretical basis is laid.Third,this report introduces the application of F + EPC business model at home and abroad,summarizes the experience with the typical case of SPM project of CPP.Fourth,the business process of F+EPC business model is studied respectively from the point of view of Chinese Government Concessional Loan & Preferential Buyer’s Credit and Export Buyer’s Credit;The fifth,This paper introduces the F+EPC business model of Pipeline Bureau,and provides reference for the risk management of the F+EPC business model of the CPP.The outcome of this paper not only enriches the theoretical basis of F+EPC business model,but also provides the practical guidance on the use of this model and the innovation assurance for the realization of CPP’s strategic goal of "going out".
