Study On Agricultural Ecological Environment Evaluation In Mentougou District

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC National Congress and the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China all took the green concept as the focus of the country’s attention and made the construction of ecological civilization a major plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.In 2017,the Beijing Municipal Committee of Agriculture raised the position of Beijing in terms of agriculture.The "Turnover Festival" was used as the main line of structural reforms on the agricultural supply side,and at the same time,Beijing introduced the "Ten Shijo","Water Ten Article","Ten Gas Article",etc.Related environmental policies.Mentougou District is an important ecological conservation development zone in the capital,and is the forerunner of the construction of the ecological civilization in the capital.The research on the agricultural ecological environment in the Mentougou District will also bring references to the development of the agricultural ecological environment in other counties and counties.In this study,the agricultural eco-environment in Mentougou District was taken as the entry point,and the theoretical and practical methods combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to evaluate the indicators of agricultural ecological environment in Mentougou District.This article first defines the concept of agricultural ecological environment,and based on the theory of sustainable development,environmental capacity theory,ecological economic theory and agricultural ecology theory,the necessity of agricultural ecological environment in Mentougou District is expounded.Through sorting out the current status of the agricultural ecological environment in Mentougou District,an indicator system was established,and the evaluation indicators were selected scientifically using Delphi method and AHP,and the agricultural resource utilization,green agricultural production,agricultural ecological environment protection,and rural living environment levels were mainly analyzed.Summarize the achievements and drawbacks of the agricultural ecological environment.In response to these problems,improve the effective use of agricultural resources,achieve a green transformation of agricultural production,improve the environmental monitoring and monitoring system,and cultivate new professional agricultural groups to promote the improvement of agricultural ecological environment in Mentougou and promote agricultural development.
