Global warming has become the consensus of governments and people all over the world.How to reduce carbon emissions in the course of economic activities is a matter of no delay.Under the dual constraints of domestic environmental pressures and the existing international greenhouse gas emission reducti on framework,China is still in the process of industrialization.The choice of China’s government and enterprises to choose low-carbon development is the wise choice.Under the reality of the diminishing marginal effect of carbon reduction in industry and agriculture,the circulation industry is the pillar industry of the service industry.With the development of urbanization in China,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study issues related to carbon emission reduction in the circulation ind ustry.In this paper,starting from the kaya identity,three basic indicators such as carbon emission intensity per unit GDP of the circulation industry,energy consumption carbon emission intensity per unit of GDP of the circulation industry,and energy consumption intensity per unit of GDP of the circulation industry are selected,and a Grey correlation degree analysis method and a distance coordination degree model are used.In the time of China’s 30 years from 2006 to 2015,the use of methods in the IPCC list to estimate the carbon emissions of the Chinese circulation industry from provinces and as a whole,and thus from the whole and from province to province.A comprehensive evaluation of the carbon emission reduction maturity of China’s circulation industry was conducted at each level.The results show that During the period of observation,the circulation industry’s carbon emission reduction maturity of all provinces increased significantly.In most provinces,there was a phenomenon that the developmen t level and coordination level of carbon emission reduction in the circulation industry were not synchronized,that is,high development level and low coordination level.The relative development index of each province was higher than the relative In the coordination degree index,the relative maturity indices of the four major economic regions in China and the eastern regions are significantly higher than those in the northeast,central and western regions.The regional pattern has a significant impact on the overall maturity index of China’s circulation industry carbon emission reduction: it has a positive promotion effect on the overall development index of carbon emission reduction in the circulation industry,and has a positive marginal increase in prom oting effect;the overall carbon emission reduction in the circulation industry The coordination degree index has a negative hindrance effect and the negative hindrance effect diminishes marginally.The impact on the overall coordinated development of carb on emission reduction in the circulation industry is significant,both positive and negative,mainly due to the overall degree of development and overall The imbalance between the coordination leads to.Governments and enterprises at all levels must formul ate reasonable low-carbon policies and coordination mechanisms to continuously promote the improvement of carbon emission reduction maturity in China’s circulation industry.
