Research On The Driving Factors Of Carbon Emission In The Region Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei And The Exploration Of The Path Of Carbon Emission Reduction

In recent years,the economy of the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has developed rapidly.With the acceleration of energy demand,carbon emission and other problems are becoming more and more prominent.The implementation and promotion of the integration strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei makes Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provinces become the main obstacles to the economic growth of the three areas.Therefore,it is necessary to study the driving factors of carbon emissions in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign status of carbon emissions,according to the lack of current research,the paper puts forward the research objects and research methods.Secondly,it introduced the theoretical basis of carbon emission reduction and carbon emission reduction technology at home and abroad,and laid a scientific theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Then chosen coal,hard coke,crude oil,gasoline,kerosene,diesel,fuel oil,natural gas and electricity,9 main fossil fuel fuels in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,to analyze the energy consumption condition in The Region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.We can see,coke and coal consumption in Beijing decreased significantly,while natural gas was rising;In Tianjin,fuel oil fluctuating declined,other energy consumption increased;Different form Tianjin,In Hebei Province,coal and coke consumption declined for the first time in 2014.Then,according to the energy carbon emission accounting method recommended by IPCC,the carbon emissions in each region and the comprehensive carbon emissions of the Region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are measured.We can inferred,the carbon emissions growth in Hebei province and the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region had the same characteristics of homogeneity.On this basis,the driving factors of carbon emission in the Region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were discussed by the analysis method of the influence factors of energy consumption carbon emission-grey correlation analysis.Through the calculation,the main factors affected carbon emissions according to the importance of the order for were the following conditions,Beijing: city population,GDP,energy consumption structure;Tianjin: population,energy consumption structure and industrial structure;Hebei Province: carbon emissions per capita,GDP,population;The Region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei : per capita carbon emissions,population,GDP.According to the grey correlation analysis method of the influence factors of carbon emission,the carbon emission reduction path of the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is proposed.Combined with the analysis of the part and the whole,the measures of carbon emission reduction based on the strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration are proposed.
