This article takes the diaper that 0-1 year old babies worn as the research object.By market researching and doing questionnaires,six representative diaper samples are selected as experimental materials.It is known that diapers are divided into four layers,which are the superficial layer,the diversion layer,absorbent core layer and back layer.In this paper the comfortability and functional test carried out respectively from the liquid penetration time from the surface layer of the diaper,the longitudinal diffusion length of the liquid in the diversion layer,the liquid absorption of the diaper and the absorption core layer,the permeability of the diaper and the back layer,the hydrostatic pressure resistance of the back layer and the waist of the diaper Tensile propertie.Finally,we use computer graphics software and Fine Report software to build a material search system,which is not only convenient for studying data storage but also conducive to the design of reference for researchers.The research results of this topic are as follows.(1)It is known from the market research that the commonly used diaper brands of consumers are mainly Kao and Bangbao,and they mainly purchase baby diapers in physical stores and on-line;By analyzing the frequency of the questionnaire data,we can see that nearly half of the consumers are not satisfied with the air permeability,liquid absorption,permeability,and leakage prevention performance of the diaper products on the market at present.However,the tensile properties of the elastic waistline of diapers are satisfactory.The most important factor for consumers to consider when they choosing diapers is diaper rash,followed by air permeability and leakage prevention.The most popular type of diaper is fully functional.(2)The diaper comfort test results showed that the liquid penetrability of six kinds o f diaper layers is arranged in order from superior to worse: 1 #cotton non-woven fabrics,5 # hot air non-woven fabrics,6 #hot air non-woven fabrics,4# hot rolled non-woven fabric,3# hot rolled non-woven fabric,2# hot rolled non-woven fabric.The vertical diffusion length of the air-guiding layer was ranked as 5# hot air non-woven fabric,6# hot air non-woven fabric,and 1# hot air non-woven fabric in order from long to short.There is a positive correlation between the liquid absorption of diapers and the absorption of liquid in the core layer.The regression equation is y = 0.653 x +166.719 and the correlation coefficient is 0.984.The air permeability of the diapers is positively correlated with the air permeability of the back layer.The regression equation is y= 0.288 x +0.389 and the correlation coefficient is 0.937.(3)The functional test results of diapers showed that the resistance to hydrostatic pressure performance of the six diaper back layers is ranked as follows: 1# PE film,2# composite breathable cotton soft bottom film,6# non-woven fabric /PE film composite,3#nonwoven/PE film composite,5#PE perforated film,4# silk breathable bottom film.The back layer weight was positively correlated with the hydrostatic pressure value of the back layer.The back pore size was negatively correlated with the hydrostatic pressure of the back layer.The multiple regression equation is y = 0.385 x1-0.123 x2-0.589.The correlation coefficients of x1,x2,and y are 0.910 and 0.903 respectively.At the same time,the weight of the back layer has a more significant effect on the hydrostatic pressure resistance of the back layer.The stretchability of the elastic waistline of the six kinds of diapers in the warp direction is from good to bad: 5# spandex elastic cloth,2# scrape elastic waist,3# elastic nonwoven,1# elastic rubber composite,6#PU Foam material,4# elastic film.(4)The comprehensive analysis of the performance of diapers shows that the correlation between each performance and comprehensive satisfaction is ranked as follows: breathability,permeability,liquid absorption,leak-proof performance,and elasticity.Breathability has the most significant effect on the overall satisfaction of diapers.The best comfort performance of the six kinds of diapers is 5#(material composition is hot air non-woven fabric/hot air non-woven fabric/pulp,super absorbent resin/PE perforated film),and the best performance is 1#(material composition is Cotton soft non-woven fabric / hot air non-woven fabric / pulp,high water absorbent resin,PE film).5# has the best comprehensive performance,followed by 6#(material composition is hot air nonwoven fabric/hot air nonwoven fabric/fluff pulp,super absorbent resin/PE film nonwoven fabric composite)and 2#(material composition is hot rolled Nonwovens/high water absorbent resin/composite breathable cotton soft bottom film),the worst being 4#(material composition is hot rolled non-woven/absorbent paper/silk backing film).(5)Based on the study of the material performance of diapers,using a computer graphics software and Fine Report software to establish a material search system,so diaper R & D personnel can intuitively understand the performance of different levels of diapers material performance,for its design to provide reference;The establishment of a search system also facilitates the storage of data information,and combines computer technology with the design and development of diapers to facilitate the development of diapers.
