| With the social progress and the improvement of people’s living standard, people has higher demands for the comfortable garments. Studies in this field increased very fast, but the study on thermal comfort of knitted underwear fabrics is not enough.there is less sample size and so on.For this situation, this paper uses the grey system theory to evaluate and predict thermal-wet comfort of knitted underwear fabrics.Thermal-wet comfort of knitted underwear fabrics including permeability and absorption and quick-drying.This paper studies the 25 kinds of knitted underwear fabric markers of permeability and absorption and quick-drying indicators, and using the grey relative correlation analysis method to analyze the main influence factors of thermal-wet comfort of knitted underwear fabrics.Secondly, according to winter and summer demand for different functions of knitted underwear,by creating based on triangular whitenization weight function of grey clustering evaluation model, divides the 25 kinds of knitted underwear fabrics into"excellent, good, medium and poor" four classes based on their thermal-wet comfort.The results show that thick and fluffy knitted underwear has good thermal-wet comfort in the winner.For summer, light and moderate volume knitted underwear has good thermal-wet comfort.Finally, based on the grey system theory to create the grey GM (0, N) model, according to the basic physical parameters of knitted fabric to predict its thermal resistance, moisture resistance and water absorption index, the results showed that the predicted and measured values correspond to high,That the grey system theory is used to predict the thermal wet comfort properties of knitted underwear fabrics has certain feasibility and accuracy.This paper uses the grey system theory to evaluate and predict thermal-wet comfort of knitted underwear fabrics and successfully created the grey GM (0, N) model.For the design and production of knitted underwear fabrics provides the theoretical support, at the same time, provides a feasible method for the detection and classification of thermal-wet comfort of knitted underwear, it has certain theoretical significance and practical value. |
