In recent years,due to the rapid economic development,global climate and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.How to reduce the damage to the environment while maintaining economic growth is a hot issue in the development of our country.However,the economy of our country is in the process of urbanization and industrialization.The expansion of land for urban construction is increasing.The overoccupation of cultivated land and the exploitation of forest land and other untapped land have been vigorously developed,which has a negative impact on the urban ecological environment and carbon emissions.Therefore,the development of low-carbon economy and the realization of low-carbon utilization of urban land are strategic measures to cope with environmental and economic issues such as global warming nowadays.This paper uses the sample list method to estimate the carbon emissions of different types of land use in Huangshi City from 2000 to 2016.At the same time,the overall change trend of carbon emissions of different types of land in Huangshi City is analyzed.Then,using the decoupling theory method,this paper makes a decoupling analysis on the 17-year land use carbon emissions and social economic development in Huangshi City and builds a multi-objective model to optimize the urban land structure by using Matlab software.Frontier studies ignore the carbon emissions of some land types due to human economic activities when calculating land-use carbon emissions and reduce the error caused by directly using the total land-use carbon emissions of urban land-use data.The study found that the total carbon emissions of Huangshi City during the study period increased from 5,179.63 tons in 2001 to17.5732 million tons in 2016 with an average annual carbon emission of 13.992 million tons,an increase rate of 239.2%.Among them,the annual average carbon emission calculated by land type carbon sink and carbon source function is 15.816 million tons,and the annual average carbon absorption is 926,000 tons.Theconstruction land is the main carbon source of the city,and the cultivated land is the second carbon source.Although the carbon uptake of woodland,grassland and grassland increased gradually,the effect of carbon sink was not obvious due to the small share of the area,which made it impossible to balance the carbon emission.Decoupling analysis found that:There are two types of decoupling of land-use carbon emissions and socio-economic development in Huangshi City,including weak decoupling and strong decoupling.The decoupling between energy consumption and economy growth in Huangshi City adds an expansionary negative decoupling.According to the optimization model analysis of low carbon land use found:the area of carbon source land such as construction land and cultivated land is not restricted,but the scale of land with carbon sink function decreases greatly under the constraint condition.Therefore,in order to achieve low-carbon urban land use,we should restrain the growth of construction land,increase the land area of carbon sequestration function,optimize the structure of land energy use,and realize the improvement of energy use efficiency.At the same time,the government needs to establish a market platform to play the regulatory role of market mechanism,l strengthen macroeconomic regulation and control in the future. |
