A Study On The Safety Design Of Packaging Structure For Yazhou Ceramics In Pingtang Of Guizhou Province

The Ya Zhou ceramics in Pingtang,Guizhou Province has been known as a folk artwork which shows distinctive regional features.The ceramics produced with unique local glazes show artistic features such as cracking and fambeing.In an era when traditional folk arts have attracted more and more attention,Ya Zhou ceramics,as a representative of Guizhou’s traditional pottery industry,have been unsatisfying in terms of packaging design,with various problems such as rough packaging materials,traditional and single structural forms,poor portability and the failure of packaging structure design in protecting product safety and increasing added value,which leads to certain potential risks in the process of transportation and sales.However,the study on the safety design of packaging structure may contribute to solving this problem and providing a reference for packaging of other ceramics.In this paper,the author comprehensively adopts literature research,field investigation,image research,comparative study and other methods and with a combination of ecology attempts to get rid of the traditional and single packaging structure form and open up new perspectives for packaging structure from the perspective of packaging structure and dynamics.In the paper,the author conducts the research through the following levels.First,the author collects historical development and artistic characteristics of Ya Zhou ceramics in Zhoutang,Guizhou Province,conducts market research and analysis on the packaging of Ya Zhou ceramics and summarizes the existing problems.Second,the author combs relevant theories of ceramic packaging structure safety,followed by an analysis on structural-based safety factors and vulnerability issues arising from the transportation process and comparative studies on the safety of domestic and foreign specialty ceramic packaging structures.At last,the author explores the designing ideas and methods for the packaging structure of Ya Zhou ceramics from the perspectives of packaging materials,structures and modeling design based on safety and focuses on the integration of concepts like secondary structure and mortise and tenon structure in architecture into the packaging design for optimization and redesign of its packaging structure according to the characteristics of corrugated papers.The author makes comprehensive comparisons by adopting the production of packaging specimens and simple drop tests with relevant parameters as evaluation criteria and make corresponding improvement of deficiencies presented in the test results to expand the theories and applications of packaging structure safety design.It is of great significance to conduct researches with Ya Zhou ceramics in Pingtang,Guizhou Province to promote the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture and arouse the awareness of national cultural protection.In this way,the packaging materials will be used in a more scientific,rational,secure and effective structural design with the use of environmentally friendly materials so as to reduce the product damage rate,reduce costs and bring enterprises greater economic benefits.In the meantime,it is also of great potential significance to upgrade the packaging of folk artworks and crafts as well as promote regional culture and environmental protection.
