Design Of Children's Building Blocks Based On Mortise-tenon Structure

In the modern Chinese tenon structure more applications in the field of furniture, tenon structure in the study of modern children's toys is very small. This topic from the tenon structure for children aged 3-6 years old toy building blocks for innovative design research.In this paper, the background of mortise-tenon structure is studied, and the tenon-and-mortise structure is classified, and its structural characteristics and application value are summarized. The application of tenon and mortise structure in building block toys is summarized. Based on the previous theories and research, the design practice of children 's building blocks is carried out according to the design method and criterion of building blocks toys, and the design scheme is evaluated to meet the design requirement of children's building blocks based on mortise - tenon structure.Based on the study of mortise and tenon structure, this paper draws the essence of mortise and tenon structure, realizes the innovation of tenon and mao structure in the design of modern block toy, designs the modern children's building block toy which can carry forward Chinese traditional culture and Chinese national characteristics.
