Abstract/Summary:
Ecosystem services are the foundation for human survival and development, and are closely related to regional human well-being.As a carrier of ecosystems, land possesses ecological characteristics such as soil and vegetation, and plays an important role in the process of ecosystem service change. Therefore, the quantitative analysis and evaluation on the coupling relationship between land use and ecosystem services is significant for promoting regional sustainable development.Shangzhou District is an important source of water for the country’s South-to-North Water Diversion Project, studying the impact of land use changes on the ecological environment is of great significance to improving people’s quality of life and promoting regional economic development. In this thesis,Shangzhou District of Shaanxi province was selected as study area.Based on the land use data from 2000 to 2015,the thesis comprehensively uses land use dynamic degree, land use degree index, land use structure entropy and other methods to explore the changes in land use during the study period in Shangzhou District. At the same time,an ecosystem service assessment model was constructed based on the ecosystem service equivalent value per unit area.Combined with the actual situation in Shangzhou, the model was regionally revised based on factors such as the net primary productivity, willingness to pay,and the ability to pay. Then, the dynamic change of ecosystem service value in Shangzhou District from 2000 to 2015 was evaluated and measured, and its response to land use change was explored. The results show:(1)Shangzhou District was in a period of drastically changing on land use types from 2000 to 2010,but the rate of change slowed down significantly after 2010;(2)The trend of ecosystem service value fluctuations in Shangzhou District from 2000 to 2015.The value increased continuously from 2000 to 2010 and declined from 2010 to 2015.The total value of ecosystem services increased from 706.2166 million yuan in 2000 to 1251.5061 million yuan in 2015.Under the premise of adopting theunified adjustment coefficient, the spatio-temporal changes of land use and the spatio-temporal changes of ecosystem service value have a high correlation, and there is a mutual influence between them. The mutual transformation between woodland, grassland, farmland and construction land land has a significant impact on the change of ecosystem service value in the study area.woodland has the greatest impact on the ecosystem service value in Shangzhou District;(3)In the future management of land resource, the protection of woodland and farmland should be strengthened, the bottom line for farmland should be adhered to while planting trees and the attention should be paid to the control of construction land.Through strictly controling the approval of construction land and promoting economical and intensive using of land, the harmonious unity of economy, society and ecology will be realized.
