Ecosystems are the life-support systems of the Earth which provide food, industrial raw materials and a variety of ecological services for humans, such as the purification of waste, soil and water conservation and flood control, etc. With the economic development, land-use intensity is increasing. Unreasonable land use seriously affects the structure and function of the ecosystem, leading to the weakening of ecosystem functions and further affects the play of ecosystem services. It will ultimately affect the well-being of humanity. At present, studies on the impact of land use changes on the ecosystem services are mainly in the area of large-scale. Comparably speaking, studies on small-scale areas are not common. Most of the assessments of ecosystem services value remain static evaluation while dynamic assessments are few. More methods of assessment are directly applied or corrected the ecosystem service value coefficient formulated by Costanza and Xie Gaodi et al.But most of the correction coefficient stay on ecological factors, and less to consider the socio-economic factor correction. The paper analyzed the land use changes of Qianjiang City from2000to2009.The results showed that the strength of land exploitation and utilization was continually increasing and so was the rate of building land. Most land types fluctuated except grassland, among which cultivated land, water area and building land changed most. Then, combined with the actual situation of Qianjiang City, based on the research results of Xie Gaodi et al.,this paper re-established the evaluation index system and rectified the coefficient of ecological factors and socio-economic factors. Based on this, the paper assessed the change of the ecosystem services value and analyzed the impact factors of the ecosystem services value. The conclusions are:land use changes of Qianjiang City have different influences on ecosystem service value. Arable land and waters contribute most while construction land area changes fast and has the most negative influence on ecosystem service value. As small-scale regional changes, the ecosystem service value of Qianjiang City is more sensitive for the socio-economic factors. So it is not only affected by the impact of changes of each land area, but by the combined effects of land and socio-economic factors.Land use change has effects on the ecosystem services value and is offset by the impact of changes of grain yield and socio-economic development. The change of ecosystem service values deducts and then increased.
