Development Of The Formulation Of New 2-in-1 Shampoo

The daily care of hair is mainly divided intotwo aspects:hampoo and conditioner.The fast-paced life of modern society makes people always want to shampoo hair in one step.In order to have the effect of both cleaning and caring,the traditional two-in-one shampoo is a simple combination of anionic surfactants and cationic surfactants.but the effectiveness of the both are reduced to varying degrees due to the mutual inhibition of the anionic and cationic surfactants.To meet the needs of consumers,this study will weaken the decontamination ability of shampoos,and will use repair and good surfactant fusion as the main research direction.Screening anionic surfactants that can be formulated with cationic surfactants without inhibitory effect,and then develop an effective hair care two-in-one shampoo.At the same time,cationic surfactants with cleansing function were selected to develop two-in-one hair conditioners,including the following aspects:The cationic surfactant,behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(2231),was screened by combing test,The anionic surfactant dodecyldioxyethylene(5EO)succinate sulfonic acid was screened by comparing the surface tension,cleaning ability,and the combination of anionic surfactants and cationic surfactants.Based on the principle of shampoo formulation,the auxiliary surfactant LAO-30,cationic conditioner JR-400,silicone oil,thickener C-14 S and other functional additives were selected and determined.Two-in-one shampoo formulation and preparation process for anion-yang compounding system were determined.By comparing the branded shampoo with foamability,cleanliness,combability,suppleness and crowd evaluation,the overall performance of the developed shampoo is better than the branded shampoo.After the internal control index test and stability inspection,the main indexes of the combined shampoo for yin-yang complex-type shampoo have reached the relevant requirements of GB/T29679-2013 and meet the stability requirements of shampoo.In order to improve the hair care performance of shampoo products,the cationic surfactant propylene double(cocodyl dioxyethylene(10EO)ammonium sulfate)(2303)with a cleaning function was selected.Through optimization and screening,the 2-in-1 hair conditioner formula and formulation preparation process for the Yang-Yang compounding system was determined.through the comparison with the brand hair conditioner,the new 2-in-1 hair conditioner developed has better comprehensive performance than the brand hair conditioner.After the internal control index test and stability inspection,the main indexes of the combined shampoo for yang-yang complex-type conditioner have reached the relevant requirements of GB/T1975-2013 and meet the stability requirements of conditioner.
