For regain their hair health and shiny, people expect to have the damaged hair protected and repaired by using shampoo and conditioner.The article designed the Two-in-One shampoo and hair conditioner formulas for damaged hair base on study the surfactant, cationic conditioning agent and humectants.Base on the experimental result, we choose Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Ammonium Laureth Sulfate as primary surfactants and choose amphoteric surfactant are as auxiliary surfactants.We choose Polyquaternium-10 as the cationic conditioning agent. Polyquaternium-10, the higher viscosity and nitrogen content contribute better conditioning ability for the serious damaged hair repair. On the other hand, the category of the lower viscosity and nitrogen content is better for the low damaged hair in daily use.Two emulsions silicone on sale and one silicone emulsion produced in our laboratory were applied for particle size detection and foam stability testing. The result showed that emulsion silicone with particle size in the range of 1-100 micron had slight impact on foaming stability, and the range over 100 micron had obvious impact. The article introduce the lower viscosity series Polyquaternium-10 helps the bigger particle size of emulsion silicone deposit on the hair.According to the previous studies of this article, formula 16 had been produced, Thru the third party testimony on combing benefit compared with formula 16 and a competitive sample sell well in market, it resulted Formula 16 was relatively close to the competitive sample's, a half-head test on general benefits compared showed Formula 16 relatively close the competitive sample also, The detection based on QB/T 1974 show Formula 17 meets the standard, The preservation test and stability test showed Formula16 meets the designed requirement.In the final part of article, hair conditioner Formula 17 had designed for damaged hair. It tested on combing benefit and half-head exam with a competitive sample. The results showed that Formula 17 as good as the competitive sample's. The detection based on QB/T 1975 and the stability test on Formula 17 show formula 17 meets the designed requirement.
