| The protection and management of wetland in our country started late.After many years of exploration and study,we have made great achievements in the management system of wetland protection.But at the same time,we also have to admit that there are still many deficiencies in the construction and improvement of wetland protection management system in our country.The wetland resources have their own characteristics.Different from the particularity of other single natural resources.It is not only a kind of resources,but also a complete small ecosystem,including many other natural resources.Wetland management system is the basic work to realize wetland science and effective management.The system of wetland management efficiency is the cornerstone of other wetland work smoothly.So how to rationalize the various relationships within the wetland management system,improve our country's current wetland protection management system,is the key to achieve effective management of wetland and wetland resources from the source control continuously fading problem.At the same time to solve the problem of wetland management system.Also in relation to other wetland related work smoothly.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the analysis of the current situation of wetland management system in China.This paper mainly introduces the meaning of wetland management system and the current situation of wetland management system in China.The second part starts with the existing problems of wetland protection management system in China.The third part mainly introduces the excellent legislative experience obtained in the national wetland protection and management system and the legislative enlightenment to the construction of wetland management system in China.On the basis of our country's practice and absorbing foreign excellent experience,the 4th part puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the wetland management system inour country. |
