Establishing and executing occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS) & HSE Management System currently is becoming a trend of improving Environment, Health & Safety management in the Oil and Gas industry. Therefore, the study on its integrated model becomes very important.In this paper, the author, on the basis of systematic analysis on OHSAS18000 and HSE Management System and investigation on the history of the system establishment and development in the petroleum industry, explains the feasibility and necessity of two management system integrating.This paper also describes the integrated system basic instruction, element integrated and comparison, executing methods and the operation model, Through the commonness compatibility and individuality intermediation, the two standards mentioned above are integrated and formed specific integrated management system regulation. The integrated methods becomes more advanced after its application in a PETROCHINA affiliated enterprise, in which the methods or solution to resolve the main problems lied in the integrated system establishment and operation get improved. The case study shows simple, practical and efficient features of integrated methods and tools of the system. It can meet CNPC oil enterprise's requirement of integrated system establishment, execution and continuous improvement.
