As a new kind of energy,natural gas has many conveniences and advantages,and its use has gradually become the choice of the public.The LNG tanker has become the main tool for the transportation of liquefied natural gas.With the rapid growth of LNG tanker transportation frequency,the rollover accident caused by the imbalance of stability is attracting more and more attention.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to prevent the rollover accident of liquefied natural gas through the LNG rollover self-stability control.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Statistics and analysis of the frequency,type and cause of rollover accident of LNG tank.Using AHP-F to establish the evaluation index system of side turn risk,determine the key factors and the importance,and conclude that the main factors affecting the rollover are personnel and vehicles,and the tank transportation system itself has a higher risk index of rollover.(2)Using the theory and knowledge of vehicle dynamics,a lateral turning stability model,which takes the liquid sloshing and suspension characteristics into consideration,is established to represent the influence process of the side rollover stability.In addition,a rollover warning and control index based on the lateral acceleration of rollover is proposed.(3)Using Java language to develop the LNG tank self-stability control system.The rollover hazard rating can be divided into three levels,representing the safety,danger and high risk of driving respectively.Put forward the concept by adding the mechanical control and adjusting the side body height of the tank under the dangerous state of the side rollover by controlling factors,the balance and stable running state is restored,and the dangerous accident of the side turning of the tank is avoided.(4)Combining the self-stability early warning and control system,through database,the parameters such as filling coefficient,driving speed and turning radius are changed respectively.The stability model and the effect of self-stability control are verified to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the anti rollover self-stability system.
