In China, the transport of LGP mainly depends on the tank trailer. In the past, The main research most limited to the statics structure study and the analysis of the tank sloshing characteristics. Obviously,this is not suitable for tanker in the actual operation conditions.As a tank trailer, the driving force in the process of the travel situation is far more different than a general trailer. Because the tanker generally loads about 75%.which would inevitably lead to the liquid in the tank sloshed. The sloshing liquid would be creat a significant additional dynamic pressure which would be damage the container structure and would be have a huge impact on the vehicle driving stability. Currently,The driving stability of trailers has made a lot, But the tank trailer traveling with the fluid-structure interaction problem study fewThis paper based on Nantong CIMC Tank trailer analyze the tank containers of fluid-structure interaction problems, and study the effects of the liquid tank trailer driving stability.Main work is as follows:(1). Analyzed the modal of container with fluid-structure interaction(2). Analyzed the liquid sloshing of the tank during braking and steering using the VOF model in the FLUENT software.(3). The establishment of a virtual prototype tanker to study liquid sloshing impact on the drivingprocessGet the following conclusions:(1). Increasing load will lead to the decrease of natural frequency. the first performance is the head, then the horizontal deformation of the cylinder.(2). Anti-wave plate structure can effectively reduce the force of the wall, but can not reduce the vertical displacement of the liquid. The fluid sloshing dynamic pressure generated very small when steering, but in the braking condition the fluid pressure generated very huge(3). The tire cornering stiffness of tractor rear have a huge effect on the driving stability. Vehicles steering would change the characteristics of the vehicle's steering with the liquid sloshing.
