Abstract/Summary:
In order to promote economic and social development,engineering projects that can promote economic development have sprung up like mushrooms,but social problems,contradictions,and conflicts caused by the construction of engineering projects have also emerged in an endless stream,triggering various types of group events.According to statistics from relevant departments,environmental group incidents account for the largest proportion of various group incidents,posing a great threat to social stability.Therefore,to identify the key risk factors of the social stability risks of environmental pollution-type engineering projects and put forward preventive measures are of vital importance to maintaining the stable development of our society.This thesis takes the social stability risk of environmental pollution-type engineering projects as the research object,identifies its key risk factors,and gives targeted risk prevention measures.On the basis of theoretical analysis and research status analysis,the thesis firstly identifies the social stability risk factors of environmental pollution-type engineering projects through the literature research method,and then supplements the risks identified based on the literature research by means of questionnaire survey and case analysis Testing,supplementing the risks that were not identified during the literature research,to check whether they are in line with reality,and to ensure the scientificity and comprehensiveness of the risk factor identification results through three processes.Through the above identification,a total of 17 social stability risk factors for environmental pollution-type engineering projects were identified,and they were divided into 4 categories according to the sources of risk factors.Thirdly,according to the identification results of risk factors,build an indicator system of social stability risk factors for environmental pollution-type engineering projects,adopt standard deviation modified G1 combination weighting method to conduct risk analysis on 4 categories and 17 indicators,and calculate the weight of each risk indicator To identify the key risk factors for the social stability risks of environmental pollution projects.Finally,the thesis provides risk prevention measures for the key risk factors identified.The research in this thesis draws the following conclusions: public selfishness and selfishness,lack of justice in government risk allocation,lack of social responsibility and violations of laws and regulations,arbitrariness and suppression of government governance,inadequate legal system construction,network media participation,and opinion leaders Six factors of organizational mobilization are the key risk factors for the social stability risks of environmental pollution projects.The specific measures for risk prevention are to actively maintain the fairness and justice of risk distribution,change the governance mode,cultivate citizenship,enhance the civic morality,enhance the social responsibility of the construction unit,implement the environmental credit evaluation system,and improve the legal system.The purpose of this thesis is to prevent the social stability risk of environmental pollution projects,which is of great significance for the stability maintenance of environmental pollution projects in the future.
