Research On Quality Control Of Double Layer Oil Tank Renovation Project In J Company Gas Station

In 2015,the State Council issued a notice on the action plan for the prevention and control of water pollution by the State Council(No.2015)(No.17),which required that the underground oil tank of the gas station be completely updated to double layer tank or to complete the anti-seepage control pool by the end of 2017.According to the requirements of the State Council,all gas stations in J province have completed the transformation of double layer tanks or anti-seepage pools by the end of 2018.J company began the double layer tank transformation project of J company gas station in 2016,and it was completed at the end of2018.There are many problems in quality control during the 2 year implementation of the double layer oil tank renovation project in gas station,which affects the quality of the reconstruction project of the gas station double layer oil tank.In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation process of the double layer oil tank renovation project in the gas station,ensure the smooth completion of the project and upgrade the quality control level of the double layer oil tank of the gas station.we must carry out the whole process quality control for the double layer oil tank reconstruction project of gas station.This paper uses the management theory knowledge of project management,project quality management and project quality control,and analyzes the existing problems in the personnel,materials,equipment,methods and environment of the J gas station,in order to ensure the modification of the double layer oil tank in the gas station of J company.On the basis of the theory of the quality control of the whole project and the theory of modern project quality management,the whole process quality control is carried out in the J company’s gas station double layer oil tank renovation project,mainly on the project decision stage,the project planning stage,the project implementation stage and the end of the project.The quality control of the main control contents and influencing factors is carried out,and the guarantee measures are made from the personnel,material,quality cost and system,in order to ensure the better realization of the quality target of the remolding project of the gas station double layer oil tank,and enrich the theory of quality control in the double layer oil tank renovation project of J gas station.Knowledge is beneficial to the improvement of the overallquality control level of the double layer oil tank renovation project of J gas station,so that the project management theory is fully applied in the actual project.
