In 2015,the State issued the “Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan”,which requires that the national gas station underground oil tanks should be fully upgraded to double tanks or anti-seepage tanks by the end of 2017.According to this requirement,more than 100,000 gas stations in the country must complete this technical transformation within the prescribed time.However,as of the end of 2017,there are still a large number of filling stations in the country that have not been completed.The company A studied in this paper is the smallest operation management company of a large-scale state-owned oil sales enterprise in Northeast China and governs the management of gas stations within a county.The parent company(Company C)where Company A is located is a large state-owned petroleum and petrochemical enterprise.The number of C stations in which the company operates has more than 20,000 renovations is also as slow as its counterparts across the country.The delay in the overall renovation of construction schedules has seriously affected the implementation of national policies.The oil sales companies face enormous risk of legal penalties.Since 2016,Company A has been developing a double tank retrofit project for gas stations,replacing the existing single-layer steel tanks at the gas stations with double-layer tanks with anti-leakage detection capabilities to implement relevant national laws and regulations.Claim.This article analyzes the double tank project of Company A from the perspective of project schedule control.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research contents and methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic theory of schedule control.The third and fourth chapters focus on analyzing the problems in the schedule control and implementation process of the A-company double-layer tank project schedule control.Based on this analysis,the causes of the A-company double-layer tank retrofit project progress control are analyzed and summarized.Problems with the two aspects of schedule planning and control measures.In the fifth chapter,the author proposes the countermeasures for the progress control of the double-layer tank project of Company A.And in the sixth chapter,the concrete improvement measures were put forward for the progress control measures of the company’s double-layer tank project.
