Electric actuator is the control mechanism of electric valve which is widely used in oil field,for example,more than 9500 units are counted in an oil production plant.In the actual production of the oil field,the monitoring signals of the electric actuators are all communication with the upper computer through the cable line.Resulting in difficulties in maintenance checking,frequent corrosion of cables,or loss of signals caused by animal gnawing.Once the above situation appears,it not only affects the operation of the overall automation equipment of the station reservoir,but also affects the operation efficiency of the system such as sewage backwashing,In view of the above problems and combined with the actual conditions of the oil field,a remote electric actuator monitoring system based on Lab VIEW is designed to collect the data of the voltage,current,temperature,valve position opening and fault code of the field electric actuator.Through the GPRS technology,monitoring the equipment data on the upper computer,we can study the working state by examining various process curves.The functions of remote regulating valve position opening,the most basic requirement of the monitoring system is the measurement and control of the state of the controlled object.The measurement part is measured by measuring the related parameters of the monitored electric actuator(such as valve opening,fault code,output current and other parameters),and then the data processing module converts the collected information into a certain form of electrical signal and passes to the control system.The control part calculates and analyzes the received data,and the control system automatically or artificially sends out control signals to the monitored electric actuator to ensure the normal operation of the control equipment.In this paper,the main research content of the data acquisition,GPRS wireless transmission,real-time display and storage,and remote control regulation of electric actuator signal(voltage,current,temperature,valve position opening,fault code,etc.)is studied.The monitoring system of electric actuator is designed from two aspects of hardware and software,including the hardware of the monitoring terminal.Part design,host computer monitoring software based on Lab VIEW.
