With the rapid development of communication technology, to access the monitoring data of oil field efficiently has become a trend. Due to the geographical environment of the oil field, the oil well mostly distributed in inaccessible places. The traditional communication technology has the problem of low efficiency and high cost, and cannot meet the requirement of the special geographical environment of the oil field. The monitoring system based on wireless communication technology has the advantages of low cost, low power consumption and Easy installation, and can greatly improve the automation management for oil field.A monitoring system for oil field based on 433MHz and GPRS Wireless communication technology is designed in this paper. The monitoring system has three levels:collecting data level, transmitting data level and the monitoring center level.In collecting data level:Pressure and temperature transmitters periodically collect pressure and temperature data,and sent to RTU By 433MHZ wireless communication module.In transmitting data level:RTU collects information about pressure and temperature and Send them to the monitoring center by GPRS.In monitoring center level:The server receives pressure and temperature data from RTU through fixed IP address and network port and display the data.Workers in the oil field can analyze the data and tell production condition of the oil field.The monitoring system uses the thoughts of low power consumption and high precision.The monitoring system uses MSP430 series MCU as a controller, choose low power components and designs a Power management circuit using MOSFET. We use C language developing the software and designed a temperature compensation and nonlinear correction algorithm to ensure the high precision.
