Petroleum is the most important strategic resource since the 20 th century,and people's food and clothing are inseparable from petroleum and its products.With the increase of oil demand and the decrease of petroleum content,more scientific mining is of great significance.At present,the main oil fields in China have already implemented the polymer flooding technology in three times of oil production,and the viscosity loss of polymer solution in the injection process is large,which seriously affects the oil recovery rate.Therefore,it is particularly important to measure the real time of its solution online.In this paper,a real-time on-line measurement method based on electromagnetic induction is used to study the viscosity properties of polyacrylamide.First polymer viscosity measurement method of electromagnetic induction theory analysis,viscosity measurement of ANSYS simulation model is established,the design scheme is determined,repetitive measurement,temperature measurement and test error analysis,etc.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the magnetic field simulation was carried out by using ANSYS Maxwell,and the force analysis of the magnetic field vector and magnetic field on the permanent magnet was carried out.Through the simulation,the force and time of the permanent magnet are determined,and the formula is calculated according to the theoretical analysis,so as to calculate the relationship between viscosity and time,and finally determine the feasibility of the experiment.Based on the STM32 microprocessor control polymer viscosity measurement system,measurement device mainly adopts the control circuit,drive circuit,device available each time of polymer viscosity measurements,by showing different temperature corresponding viscosity curve in real time.The software design mainly includes PWM output module,input capture module and viscosity data processing module.From the experimental results of the polymer viscosity measurement prototype,it can be concluded that the experimental measurement error of the measurement system is not more than 20% when measuring the viscosity,and the maximum measurement deviation is at 21 m Pa?s.The measurement system has good repeatability and stability,and the measurement accuracy can reach up to 7%.The feasibility of the measurement of polymer viscosity based on electromagnetic induction is also verified.Therefore,the measurement method proposed in this paper is applicable to the measurement of polymer viscosity of polyacrylamide.This study is of practical significance in improving the oil recovery rate and is of great significance to the measurement of polymer solution flow.
