| Due to the strict control of traditional cigarettes and the negative public opinion of the society on traditional cigarettes,traditional cigarettes are not as active in the market as before.Therefore,domestic and foreign tobacco companies have turned their research and development direction to new tobacco products.Among the new tobacco products,heated cigarettes have the most rapid development momentum,so the importance of research on heated cigarettes has increased.Since electromagnetic induction heating cigarettes can effectively avoid Philip Morris International’s patented technical problems in resistance heating cigarettes,and better improve the development of electric heating heating cigarettes in my country,the development prospects of electromagnetic induction heating cigarettes are very promising.broad.In the research and development process,because the heating cavity of the electromagnetic induction heating cigarette set is a small space opaque,the surface area of the induction heating element is small,and there is electromagnetic interference,the temperature measurement technology for the induction heating element of the electromagnetic induction heating cigarette set Put forward strict requirements.In addition,at present,there are no standards and test methods for the temperature detection of the induction heating element of the electromagnetic induction heating cigarette set at home and abroad,and it is difficult to ensure the mass production of products,product quality and product consistency.Based on these problems,this article has launched the research on electromagnetic induction heating cigarette set temperature measurement technology.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analyze the structure of the process object,understand the technical characteristics of smoking set and temperature measurement technical requirements,and provide support for the realization of integrated sensor temperature measurement technology in electromagnetic induction heating cigarette smoking set.(2)The existing temperature measurement technology was compared and analyzed,and the temperature measurement technology suitable for electromagnetic induction heating cigarettes was found to lay the foundation for the subsequent research and development of temperature sensors.According to the test standards and related regulations,the test platform scheme was independently designed.(3)Analyze and judge the temperature measurement interference factors existing in the temperature measurement environment,and study the technologies and methods that can suppress or eliminate the interference factors,improve the temperature measurement accuracy,and ensure the accuracy of the data.(4)Build a test platform for temperature measurement experiments,test the feasibility of temperature measurement technology,process and analyze the test results,and provide data support for the development of test equipment. |
