With the rapid development of science and technology,the consumption of energy is very large,and the environmental pollution is also serious.Such situations are not conducive to the sustainable development of the human world.China is vigorously advocating the implementation of energy conservation and environmental protection,increasing efforts to eliminate backward high-energy-consuming and high-pollution industries,and encouraging the research and application of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a toolholder shrinkable device based on electromagnetic induction for the tool changing process of the high speed machining system.This thesis first analyzes the report of “INTERNATIONAL ENERGY OUTLOOK 2017” to elicit an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly electromagnetic induction heating system,combined with an efficient high-speed processing tool system,and points out the necessity and significance of this topic.According to the heating principle and actual demand of the toolholder shrinkable device,the whole hardware scheme of this device is proposed,including five parts: three phase rectifier circuit,power management circuit,display and operation circuit,control and inverter circuit,coil and load circuit.The main working circuit includes three-phase rectifier circuit,control and inverter circuit,coil and load circuit three main working circuit.By analyzing the main working circuit,the control strategy of hardware control circuit is determined.Then the hardware control circuit is divided into five modules including the minimum system of single chip microcomputer,the power management module,the key display module,the inverter circuit,the drive and protection circuit based on IR2213,and the principle of each module is explained.After that,the initialization module,key and display module,pulse width modulation wave generation module and analog/digital conversion module in software design are introduced.Then,the electromagnetic field simulation of the induction coil was performed using electromagnetic field simulation software.Several coil structures with large differences in magnetic field distribution were selected.The simulation results were described.After that,it designed and manufactured the induction heating coils through the choice of materials and the actual needs.Finally,on the basis of the whole set of shank hot-loading devices,a large number of repetitive experiments were conducted on BT40-SF06 and BT40-SF10 of the CENTRIX-EG,resulting in better heating parameters corresponding to the each handle.And during the entire debugging experiment,the device is safe and reliable.
