Electromagnetic metallurgy refers to the electromagnetic treatment of materials(EPM),EPM is the introduction of electric field or magnetic field into the material preparation and processing process,so as to achieve the material preparation or processing process of product quality control and material organization and performance improvement. With the development of electromagnetic metallurgy, the transportation conditions of liquid metal are more and more demanding,so the technology of electromagnetic pump comes into being accordingly.Because the variables of electromagnetic pump are more and they influence each other.Using the traditional design method not only the calculation is so large, but also easy to make mistakes. In order to solve this problem,it is a new choice to use computer language instead of traditional manual calculation for the overall design of electromagnetic pump. This thesis is committed to the use of computer language for the overall design of Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump software programming,In order to faster to achieve the overall structure design of the electromagnetic pump optimal coupling parameters, for the Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump design and manufacturing research provides a new tool. This thesis based on the electromagnetic transformation principle of electromagnetic pump and the method of the equivalent circuit analysis the structure of electromagnetic pump, the formula is simplified and derived,Explore the main original variables affecting the process of Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump. Then using Qt and C language for the design and calculation of Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump software(ADCS)interface design. The software is mainly composed of several modules such as selective iterative calculation module and result display module, among which the selective iterative calculation module is composed of five sub-modules.The iterative calculation module realizes the correct reading and inheritance of external data and the mutual iterative calculation of all the parameters affecting the electromagnetic pump. The result display module mainly realizes the reading of the generated data and converts the read data into the corresponding dynamic curve to display in real time in the interface window. It can provide corresponding data reference for the overall design of Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump.Secondly, the structural parameters of the existing Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump are compared with the structural parameters in the design and calculation software of the Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump(ADCS),and the error of the two is within 15%.And using ANSYS software for electromagnetic pump magnetic induction intensity simulation analysis.Through the 12 slots Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump number of pole is 2,the number of pole is 4 two wiring conditions,18 slots Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump number of pole is 2,the number of pole is 3,the number of pole is 6 three different wiring conditions for simulation calculation. The magnetic induction intensity obtained by ANSYS simulation and Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump design software was compared. The difference was found to be about 20%.In the end,the 6 slots Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump was tested on electricity, and the difference between the measured results,ANSYS calculation results and the results calculated by software was compared. It was found that the error was within the acceptable range. It provides a new tool for the whole design and manufacture of Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump.
