At present,China's oil service companies are numerous and their distribution is decentralized.The scale of petroleum service companies is generally much smaller than that of international large companies,and their industry concentration is low and competition is fierce.Enhancing employee satisfaction is an effective way for oil service companies to increase their competitiveness.When employees have a high degree of satisfaction with the company,they will fully mobilize their enthusiasm for hard work and improve work efficiency,and vice versa.Therefore,research on employee satisfaction is necessary.This article takes the employees of W Company of Daqing Oilfield Company as the research object,and through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,in combination with the actual situation of W Company of Daqing Oilfield,it designs the“ Daqing Oilfield W Company Employee Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire ”.The questionnaire consists of two parts: basic information and employee satisfaction.The basic information is mainly personal information of the employee;the employee's job satisfaction mainly starts from four aspects: work environment,salary management,performance management,and training promotion.After the investigation and analysis of the survey results,the problems that resulted in lower employee satisfaction in W company of Daqing Oilfield were summarized,including the need for office facilities to be strengthened,long working hours,imperfect income distribution system,unfair pay for employees,and imperfect performance appraisal system.,Lack of control over performance management,poor performance feedback,irregular staff training management,limited employee promotion space and channels.Respond to employees' job satisfaction issues by improving employee office facilities,regulating job responsibilities,reducing working hours,adjusting income distribution system,paying attention to the fairness of employees' remuneration,formulating differential performance appraisal systems,and strictly monitoring performance management to ensure fairness and timely implementation.Performance feedback,improvement of the staff training system,establishment of a reasonable promotion channel and other aspects proposed improvement measures.Through the above measures to strengthen the staff management of W Company in Daqing Oilfield,solve the current problems of the company,and improve the satisfaction of employees in W Company of Daqing Oilfield,so as toenhance the company's human resources management level.
