Study On The Path Choice Of The Railway Transportation Of Coal Based On The Analysis Of The Road Transport Economic Service Radius

This article takes the road transport market as an entry point,aiming to provide quantitative analysis support for the competition between railways and highways,and provide precise targeting for railway marketing.Based on the latitude and longitude data of highway coal transportation key enterprises,this paper uses GIS technology to comb the research status of OD data monitoring and application at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the distribution laws and transportation market laws of national key highway coal transportation enterprises.Based on the analysis of transport data,the economic radius of highway coal transport under market conditions has been derived using the model of freight volume attenuation over distance,which has enriched the economic service radius theory.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced into the rationality evaluation of the transportation route optimization.Based on a broad understanding of the actual production situation,a set of factors and grading evaluation criteria were constructed scientifically and reasonably,and the use angle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in railway freight transportation marketing decision-making was increased..Learned from the function of railway marketing system,the main functions of the railway coal transportation route selection system were initially constructed,combined with GIS technology and Baidu API,taking Shaanxi Province as an example,the front end and function of the system were designed,simulated and implemented.Through the above-mentioned series of researches,this paper concludes that the economic service radius of coal motor transport is in the range of 0-510 km,and the far distance of 510 km is the force point for the competition of railway and highway coal transportation,and if railways and highways carry out coal transportation competition in the medium and long distance markets,reasonable reduction of freight charges in handling fees will made considerable competitive advantages and space.
