Due to its strong transportation capacity and low transportation cost,railway transportation is an important part of production management of large-scale enterprises such as coal mines and iron and steel,and is also an important means to guarantee the production of enterprises.In traditional railway transportation,due to busy operations and technological requirements,most of them use a purely driver-experience-free route of choice,and the transportation efficiency is relatively low.Therefore,the realization of intelligent railway transportation,is of great significance for enterprises to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.This article takes the iron and steel business process railway as a background to deeply researcch the problem of railway transportation.The specific contents include the following aspects:(1)Analyze and summarize the current research results of hot metal transportation at home and abroad,compare the issues of hot metal transportation with Job Shop,and analyze the characteristics of molten metal transportation.(2)Arrangement of driving routes.The optimization of the process railway route is based on the optimal path algorithm of the railway transportation network topology.In order to solve the problem of the locomotive parked on the road section and the turn of the railway,the Dijkstra algorithm was used to solve the problem with the plant railway as the network.(3)Formulation of driving plans.Aiming at the particularity of the iron and steel enterprise's craft,based on the determination of the driving route,adopting the idea of job shop scheduling,taking the shortest total waiting time as the goal,a driving plan model based on the priority of the partition task was proposed and solved by using Java Tuning Cplex,the reasonable arrangement of locomotive driving plan.Based on the actual production data,the above models and algorithms are solved by experiments.Through analysis of the results,it was verified that the driving plan model can achieve effective collision avoidance.At the same time,to prevent information lag caused by local locomotive waiting too long to a certain extent,to improve the operating efficiency of locomotive of molten iron in the process of production and transportation,which has a certain reference value for the safety and stability of production,but also laid the foundation for the realization of Intelligent Transportation of iron and steel enterprises.
