| Since the existing station hardware is old and is unable to load a large amount of coal transportation task,in order to enlarge the capacity of operation,the span station building of the steel bone structure is to be built,the maintenance personnel need to work at height;Engaged in the electric circuit maintenance or Modifying the branches that affect signals,and also he need to work in high.All of these high-altitude operations are at risk of falling.At the same time,it is possible to collide with the protruding foreign body in orbit,and the electric shock may occur during the repair process.Shenhua coal transport railway maintenance personnel facing the "high risk",namely "high speed impact,shock,falling risk,in pay attention to safety production.stressed under the high voltage security situation of zero accident,it must be taken seriously.In order to find the optimization scheme and its supporting tools,this study used a variety of methods,including literature analysis,"essential safety" design and TRIZ method,etc.(1)literature review method is mainly applied to the positioning of relevant methods and theories.(2)"intrinsically safe" method,which is mainly used for the idea of safety management solutions.(3)TRIZ is mainly used for the positioning of the principle of improvement,namely,the improvement scheme of the three dangerous defense devices with "essential safety" is first used,and then the concrete improvement principle is identified by the contradiction matrix of TRIZ method,and then the prototype of the tool is developed.Aiming at the "three high problems",this paper finds out the concrete optimization scheme and the improvement design of supporting tools.The summary of the results is as follows:There are three breakthroughs in improving the design of supporting tools.First,through the innovative design of the coal transport railway approaching the alarm device,the failure of the traditional manual transmission alarm mode is reduced,and the accident of the accident of coal transport railway is effectively reduced.Second,through the innovative design of the test instrument,it can reduce the human error in the power supply state and effectively reduce the accidental electric shock.Third,by the creative design of the platform and the use of seat belts,reducing the human error in the high-altitude project,reducing the accident of the high-altitude accident. |
