Investigation And Analysis Of Current Situation Of Straw Burning In Rural Areas

The status of straw burning in Nanzhang county was investigated and studied in order to maintain the sustainable development of the region,and took the coordination of contradictions between the actual development needs of farmers and the protection of ecological environment as the starting point.The causes of repeated prohibition of straw burning were revealed through the investigation and analysis of the motivation,characteristics and spatial differentiation characteristics of straw burning in Nanzhang County;some pertinent management strategies and technical solutions were put forward on the basis of analysis about the influence of factors such as agricultural inertia,farmers' literacy and economic conditions on the burning behavior of straw and the verification of monitoring data and actual conditions.Data support and decision-making basis were provided for Nanzhang county to carry out straw burning,optimize allocation and rational utilization of resources,and improvement of work efficiency.New ideas were also provided for the management department and decision makers on the prohibition of straw burning.The main contents including:(1)The technical route has been drawn up based on the idea that the combination of the scientific design in the questionnaire and the mathematical statistics,and the physiognomy pattern and difference of Nanzhang county were analyzed from indicators of economic development,agricultural development,distribution in crops and cultivated land,population and labor and other aspects.The conclusion is as follows:the differentiation of Nanzhang county was divided into 3 agricultural levels,the main agricultural production area,the secondary main production area and the general agricultural production area;the proportion of straw burning has a significant correlation with the regional distribution characteristics;the regional distribution characteristics of straw burning behavior are determined by the total body mass of agriculture.(2)22 indexes were selected according to 7 major factors(labor index,ideology index,economic income index,agricultural inertia index,soil quality index,living condition index,management countermeasure index).The conclusion is as follows:the influence degree of straw burning is from large to small:Farmers' agricultural inertia>farmers' Ideology>farmers'economic income>farmers' living conditions;management strategies need to be formulated according to the regional characteristics and the mechanism of influence factors.(3)The area of straw incineration was estimated quantificationally using GIS remote sensing technology and UAV patrol and aerial technology based on the actual spot verification status of black spot and fire point.The concrete improvement methods and suggestions were put forward in response to the omission of management and the feedback from the responsible party according to the involved and recorded supervision procedure and the result of treatment.The conclusion is as follows:managers must improve the propaganda education to improve farmers' consciousness on the prohibition of 'straw burning effectively;monitoring and supervision need to reduce the cycle,point verification needs to establish a unified standard;enact laws and regulations to improve and strengthen the responsibility accountability mechanism;More other direct and effective ways of accountability and punishment need to be carried out.The results provided scientific guidance for the protection and construction of ecological environment in Nanzhang county and scientific decision-making basis for the management of environmental departments,which has positive practical significance and theoretical guiding significance.
