Research On The Application Of Enterprise WeChat In Safety Production Standardization Informatization

The construction of safety production standardization is an important deployment of the State Council Security Committee.The basis for the safety production standard of a research institute is “National Nuclear Group Enterprise Safety Production Standardization Assessment Rating Part5: Scientific Research”(Q/CNNC GB1.5-2016),including target responsibility,safety culture,institutionalized management,education and training,production equipment.Twelve elements such as facilities,operation safety,safety and environmental risk management and control,hidden dangers,occupational health,environmental protection,emergency management,accidents,and continuous improvement.The safety management of the institute mainly works through the intranet,business network and WeChat work group.This paper extensively investigates the domestic and international enterprise safety production standardization information construction methods and status quo.At present,the common information management platforms are Ali-based Ding Talk,Tencent-based enterprise WeChat,and third-party professional management software(such as Zhitai safety production information management system)..In order to standardize the distribution of labor protection products and reduce the cost of new software learning for employees,after research by many parties,the institute finally chose Enterprise WeChat as a security management platform.As a full-time safety management personnel of the institute,I believe that it should be based on the actual situation of the enterprise,based on the perspective of saving money,labor and convenience,and based on the existing management platform.From the establishment of the enterprise WeChat platform to the planning organization structure;from the specific module debugging to the establishment of the exclusive labor insurance mall;from the collection and consolidation of applicable laws and regulations,safety and environmental protection courseware to the construction of safety and environmental knowledge base,network classroom debugging,I am independently completed by myself.The safety and environmental protection management platform mainly carries out information management in the following five elements of enterprise safety production standardization: 1)Safety related notices contained in safety culture elements are released in time through the safety and environmental information release platform;2)Application of safety culture elements is included The laws,regulations,rules and regulations are electronic and systematic,helping employees to grasp the applicable standards and standards;3)Networking the employee safety and environmental education training materials included in the education and training elements,and consolidating knowledge points through learning and assessment;4)Safety and environmental risks The closed-loop management of hidden dangers included in the control and hidden danger investigation and management elements through on-site inspection,picture description,positioning,and pushing relevant personnel to timely grasp the rectification of hidden dangers;5)Centralized management of procurement and distribution of labor protection products in occupational health factors to ensure special funds.Since the standardization information system of work safety was put into operation,in the second half of 2018,a wide-ranging organizationalstructure has been established to achieve full coverage of employees.The purchase platform of labor protection articles selects qualified products for special purpose;the safety and environmental protection information release platform effectively complements and improves the existing network and improves the effectiveness;the safety and environmental protection knowledge base collects all applicable safety and environmental protection laws and regulations,standards,rules and regulations,so as to facilitate employees to query the needs of their posts in real time;the online 24 hours learning platform,and the online examination consolidates the learning effect;the hidden danger detection and tracking function shortens the closed-loop rectification cycle of general hidden dangers;the network voting function ensures fairness.The system reduces maintenance and management cost,electronic data.The safety production standardization information system combines the enterprise safety management with the daily safety work of the employees,improves the safety awareness of the employees,enhances the employees’ understanding of the safety and environmental protection rules and regulations of the post,strengthens the safety operation skills of the employees,consolidates the achievements of the enterprise safety production standardization construction,and comprehensively improves the safety management level of the enterprise.
