To Build A Well-off Society In An All-round Way Under The Perspective Of The Rural Residential Environment Construction

In 2014,the general office of the state council issued "the guidance on how to improve rural living environment",put forward higher request for rural human settlements environment,while regional earnestly implement the various units of the CPC central committee on rural residential environment construction of the relevant decision deployment,however,China's rural residential environment level is still low,there is a hollow village more poor,rural environment,water not higher safety factor,lack of public services,therefore,how to solve the rural problems in the process of improving human settlement environment construction,in order to achieve the requirements of our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way,became at all levels of government and scholars need to think about the problem.Is based on the above understanding,this article in yangcheng county in Shanxi Province as a study area,through literature research,this paper from the natural conditions,resources,social and economic situation in depth in the face of the study area is introduced,the economic level of the study area are introduced.Second,by methods of field investigation,the article separately from the infrastructure construction,the construction of public service,ecological engineering construction,the construction of housing projects,drinking water safety,and environmental remediation status,etc.,in the study area of rural living environment present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,to find the study area is the lack of rural development planning,safe drinking water is difficult to guarantee,the serious environmental pollution and the shortage of public service supply problem,the existence of these problems,a serious impediment to the construction of the rural residential environment of study area.Again,starting from the existing problems,this article analyzes the factors restricting the rural residential environment construction of the study area.Finally,in view of the rural residential environment construction of the study area and the problems to be settled urgently in the process of restricting factors corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
