The rail switch is an important device of underground transportation system.Rail switch control technology is advanced or not,not only affects the transport efficiency of mine transportation system and orderly production,even relates to the safety of personnel and property.At present,there are many backward transportation system in domestic mine enterprises,this highly restricted the enterprises to improve their production efficiency,and to be a hidden daner for safe driving in mine transportation system.According to the transportation demand of iron ore mine by rail transport,this thesis designs a set of switch controller for mine transportation system.Based on traditional switch control mode,this thesis proposes a new,intelligent and fully automatic control method,this is such a method that field controller which is self-developed make decisions independently to complete switch control according to the locomotive ID information obtained with the help of RFID technology and the information of path planning pre-stored in its ROM.The technical implementation of this approach are introduced as a key task from the perspective of switch controller design in this paper.Firstly,this thesis put forward the system architecture by means of analyzing the design task and the functional requirements of the system,on this basis,it proposes the overall system implementation scheme of the switch controller which is described from the locomotive identification scheme design,switch control scheme design and controller design process and other aspects.Second,the development procedure of switch controller is presented in detail.On the hardware side,the controller selected C8051F series MCU as the main control chip.The circuits of peripheral function modules are designed on this basis.On the software side,in order to meet the controller data transmission with high real-time and high reliability requirements,based on actual needs,this thesis designed the CAN application layer protocol and RS-485 protocol.In order to solve the collision problem of multiple tags in RFID technology,this thesis analyzes and researches all kinds of anti-collision algorithms.In Silicon Laboratories IDE compiler environment,the program of each functional module is written in this thesis.Finally,this thesis introduces the procedure of all the system function tests,the test results proved the switch controller which is applied in the mine transportation system can satisfy the high stability and high reliability of the industrial field.Therefore,it has broad application prospect.
