Analysis Of Influence Factors On Municipal Solid Waste Classification Behavior In Heilongjiang Province

With a high speed of urbanization process,municipal household waste has become one of the most important problems which can influence the urbanization development.By assorting the waste which can reach the ultimate goal of waste reduction and resource recycle which is the foundation and the prerequisite of the waste regulation ,not only can be advantageous for waste comprehensive treatment and reduction of the cost for the treatment.But also can heighten the level of waste resource.Even though our country has considered the municipal household waste classification as an important aspect of waste regulation,it is very difficult to execute and the effect is little.Among the reasons,the significant one is that there is not enough participation of municipal inhabitants. So,a full analysis of the environment value, psychologic factors, environment knowledge,public propaganda,situational factors, population demography and others factors which can influence municiple household waste can be significent of controlling and training the inhabitants to assort their household waste, which can also be the basis to formulate the environment policy,This paper considers the municipal inhabitants household waste classification behaviors of Heilongjiang province as the study target. With the discussions of the different influence of municipal inhabitant household waste classification behaviors and analysis of the according factors that can effect the behaviors, not only the current status of municipal inhabitant household waste and potential factors that can effect it can be understanded, but also can provide the evidence for the municipal administration to enact policy and law and references to execute according projects.
