Study On Chemical Constituents Of Grateloupia Filicina

Grateloupia filicina is a species of the Grateloupia C.Ag.of the Rhodophyta,which is distributed in our country,north and south coastal,mostly along the coastal of Guang Dong.Related pharmacological studies have shown that the extract of Grateloupia filicina has positive activities such as antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-clotting and anti-virus etc.That's shows the potential value with the development of drugs.So studying the chemical composion of Grateloupia filicina could allow people having a deeper understanding about this species,Simultaneously,To provide a reference for the further construction of the marine natural product compound libraries and the finding of lead compounds.The present study is undertaken further on the chemical constituents of Grateloupia filicina,in order to find more compounds with medical values and better comprehensive development and utilization,In the same time,It has a important meaning to promote the efficient using of marine resources.This paper mainly studied the organic solvents part of Grateloupia filicina.The Grateloupia filicina was extracted repeatly three times by 75%ethyl alchol.The extract was partitioned by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.Finally 22 chemical compounds were isolated by using the pressure silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column,recrystallization preparative thin layer chromatography and preparation of two-dimensional liquid chromatography based on the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR)and mass spectrometry data,the chemical structures of 18 compounds were identified after compared with the literatures.The compounds'structure isolated from Grateloupia filicina were identifided as:5-?hydromethyl?-2-methoxybenzene-1,3-diol?1?,L-Tyrosine,N-methyl-?2?,Benzeneacetamide?3?,2?4H?-Benzofuranone,5,6,7,7a-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-4,4,7a-trimethyl-,?6s,7aR?-?4?,Benzamide,3-acetyl-?5?,Butanedioicacid,2-ethylidene-3-methyl-?6?,4-[1-?1-Carboxy-ethyl?-ureido]-butyric acid?7?,Butanoic acid,4-[?aminocarbonyl?amino]-?8?,2-Cyclohexen-1-one,4-hydroxy-3,5,5-trimethyl-4-?3-oxobutyl?-?9?,2-Amino-9-beta-D-ribofuran osyl-9H-purine-6-?1H?-one?10?,2-Butennedioic acid?2Z??11?,Benzeneacetamid,4-hydroxy-?12?,Hexanoic acid,6-amino-ethyl ester?13?,Butanoic acid,4-[?aminocarbonyl??amino]-methyl ester?14?,Hexanoicacid?2-hydroxy-ethyl?-amide?15?,Ergosterol?16?,phenol,2,5-bis?1,1-dimethylethyi?-?17?,Butanoic acid,4-amino-,methl ester?18?.
