Physalis.alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino was growth in the grass of the roadsides and fields,distributed in most parts of the country.All the parts of the plant can be used as herb medicine,and had the effects of detoxification and anti-inflammation in traditional Chinese medicine.Early Japanese scientists have conducted more research on such plants and made breakthroughs.In recent years,with the increasing influence of traditional Chinese medicine in the pharmaceutical industry,the research investment in Chinese herbal medicines at home and abroad has also increased,and the research on Jin Lantern plants has gradually begun to increase.The main contents of this plant have been reported.The chemical constituents are steroids and flavonoids,especially steroids,and their pharmacological applications have also been gradually screened out.In this paper,based on the literature reports of a large number of brocade lanterns and the comprehensive pharmacological effects of its chemical compo sition and physic acid compounds,macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel colu mn chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,decompression and atmospheric pressure were used.,medium-pressure and high-pressure ODS column,semi-preparative high-performance liquid phase,analytical high-performance liquid phase,etc.,18 compounds were separated from the dichloromethane extract of the 80% ethan ol extract of the root and stem of the brocade.Through the physicochemical pr operties of the compounds,the retention time on the high-performance liquid p hase of isocratic elution,the spectral data,and the comparison of standard com pound controls or literature data,14 of the compounds were identified,which were named as follows:4,7-didehydrophysalin B(Z-1)?Physalin D(Z-3)?Isophysalin B(Z-4)?Physalin L(Z-8)?Oleanoic acid(Z-12)?Luteolin(Z-14)?4-(3,4-dihydroxy-4-methylpentyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-2,4-dimethylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one(Z-15)?Withagulatin A(Z-16)?Phytolaccin(Z-17)?(+)-deh ydrovomifoliol(Z-18)?Physalin QQ(Z-21)?Physalin X(Z-22)?3,5-dimetho xy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(Z-23)?7-(3-hydroxyprop-1-en-2-yl)-1,4a-dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2(4aH)-one(Z-24),Among them,the compounds Z-15 an d Z-21 are new compounds,and Z-18 and Z-24 are the components first isolat ed from the plant.In this paper,the new compound Physalin QQ(Z-21)was screened for biological activity,and the material basis of the plant activity was preliminarily elucidated.The pharmacological activity was also initially explored,which could provide a valuable value for pharmacological researchers.Research clues to reserve medicines for research and development.This paper mainly analyzes the structure and preliminary pharmacological screening of the components isolated from the roots and stems of the brocade lanterns.From the results,it achieves the expected goals and lays a foundation for further research in the future,so as to better understand and explore.The medicinal value of the plant was found.
