Public Policy In The Process Of Urbanization Impact On The Urban Ecological Environment Evolution Research

Since ancient times,there has been contradicition between economic development and environmental protection,people always at the expense of the environment for the rapid development of economy,especially with the advancement of urbanization,and ecological destruction,waste of resources,environmental pollution,population and on not coordination problems also increasingly prominent,seriously affected the scale and quality of the city.Under this severe form of awareness must seek a social,economic,and ecological environment coordinated development path,and conducted various attempts.This article from the perspective of public policy formulation of policy,this paper discusses how to protect the ecological environment in the process of urbanization.Based on the identification of the urbanization,the concept of public policy and the ecological environment and used in this paper,on the basis of the theoretical basis of through the impact on ecological environment in the process of the urbanization of the related public policy is introduced combining with the typical countries of foreign practice and reference to the experience,then in guangzhou as an example,the city of guangzhou population,economy,urbanization and the related public policy in guangzhou.Finally the author thinks that should be strengthened from the following aspects,to establish the trust way to coordinated development policy,serial policies for engineering plans of clean water and air,attaches great importance to the details,make policies of organic compounds,a comprehensive optimization of industrial policy,strengthen the implementation of population policy,vigorously foster education policy from several aspects to promote the development of ecological cities and towns in the process of urbanization construction of the public policy system.
