A Research On The Bank-Enterprise Capital Management And Control System Of CTHIC

In rencent years, with the increasing information of enterprise management, largeenterprise groups have been applying financial systems for accounting and capitalmanagement, and commercial banks have established their online banking systems indifferent extent, which lays the reality basis for e-payment and centralized capitalmanagement among enterprise groups in different places. Moreover, banks haveintroduced the bank-enterprise capital management system, which is extensivelyapplied in the capital management in large enterprise groups.This thesis proceeds from CTHIC’s need to strengthen its capital managementand control and analyses the current information of its financial management. Basedon the theory of ERP and the analyses of the trend of online banks, this thesis alsoprograms how to strengthen CTHIC’s centralized capital management, proposes toapply the bank-enterprise system to realize CTHIC’s management, control anddispatch of its bank capital and designs the online safety authentication of the system.Meanwhile, with KingDee EAS software as the model, the thesis describes how toimplement the bank-enterprise system and apply the various functional modules andforecast the implementation effects of the system.The study in the thesis will help to strengthen CTHIC’s centralized capitalmanagement and control so as to upgrade its financial management with the bank-enterprise system.
