Withthe development of science and technology,beam deflection devices are more and more widely used in many fields,such as beam smoothing,high-speed optical switch,radar scanning,etc.Lithium niobate crystal has lower transmission loss(0.2d B/cm)and higher photoelectric coefficient(30.8pm/V),has the advantages of perfect technology and easy integration of devices,and is a high-quality electro-optic material.The electro-optical beam deflection optical chip with APE lithium niobate waveguide(or APE waveguide for short)with sawtooth electrodes as the core has been developed and packaged,and the performance of the chip has been tested and improved through various optical experiments.In response to the demand for real-time processing of big data generated during the experiment,the development and research of real-time data processing software for electro-optic deflection modulation experiments can be carried out.This has an important role in improving the intuitiveness and accuracy of the data processing of electro-optic deflection modulation experiments.This thesis expounds the experimental principles in the research of electro-optical deflection of lithium niobate,designs the laser beam deflection test system,introduces the previous raw data collection and processing methods,and analyzes the shortcomings of the previous raw data collection and processing methods Office.In this paper,the data processing of electro-optic deflection modulation experiment is studied from the aspects of data acquisition,algorithm design and humancomputer interaction interface development.A real-time visualization method for electro-optic deflection modulation experimental data is established,and a rich interactive operation is developed.Real-time data processing software.The research results will effectively improve the processing and analysis capabilities of electro-optic deflection modulation experimental data,and have good theoretical research significance and practical application value.Based on the data collection and processing requirements,this paper gives the framework design of the entire software.Algorithms such as filtering,equal intensity surface area calculation and pseudo color processing are proposed.According to the actual needs and the habits of experimenters,a human-computer interaction interface corresponding to real-time data processing is designed and developed.The laser beam deflection test system was used to test the DC voltage and AC voltage of the lithium niobate waveguide optical chip,and the test results were analyzed in detail.
