In recent years,with the development of industry,the surface structure of various parts in industrial production has become more and more complex.Therefore,the requirements for the output spot of laser cladding technology are getting higher and higher,and the applications for homogenizing rectangular and variable spots getting more and more.In order to improve the application range and processing quality of laser cladding technology,this paper studies the laser cladding system which can obtain uniform rectangular spot and variable uniform rectangular spot.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)A general parabolic belt-shaped rectangular spot integrating mirror is proposed.The model of segmental parabola homogenization is established.The parabolic equations satisfying the ultra-precision turning process are derived.The calculation program of the integral mirror is written and the parabolic belt is studied.The uniform rectangular spot optical system designed by the integral mirror is designed with an integrated mirror with an output spot of 14mm×3.3mm.The corresponding experiments and simulations are carried out.The size of the spot is consistent with the theory.The homogenization uniformity of the experimental results is 90.%,meet the requirements of laser processing applications.(2)The transmissive rectangular homogenizing spot optical system was studied.The unidirectional uniform homogenization system with output spot of 4mm×20mm and the bidirectional uniform homogenization system with output spot of15mm×20mm were designed.The simulated spot with the same theoretical size was obtained.The feasibility and correctness of the method.(3)The transmissive variable rectangular homogenizing spot optical system was studied,and a variable rectangular spot homogenization system with a range of8~20mm and 20~40mm was designed.Comparing the simulated spot with the theoretical spot,it is found that the variogram is consistent,but the simulated spot width is slightly smaller than the theoretical spot width.The main reason is that the lens thickness and the simulated spot size are defined as the 1/e~2 spot in the theoretical calculation.
