With the development of high-strength materials with high strength,high hardness,high temperature resistance and difficult processing,conventional heating methods are difficult to process these materials,it is difficult to process these materials by conventional heating methods.Laser has the characteristics of orientation,monochromaticity and high brightness.Laser heating energy distribution is concentrated and controllable.Laser heating of high performance materials is an efficient way to process.Laser heating is widely used in many fields,so the spot quality of lasers is getting more strict.How to get the high spot quality laser is an urgent need for laser application technology.Laser spot performance evaluation has a very important theoretical guidance for laser heating applications.In this paper,the research focuses on laser heating system and spot performance evaluation are as follows.Firstly,this paper compares heating methods to illustrate the advantages of laser heating several.The paper analyzes the laser principle and the theoretical basis of laser heating.A laser heat source model was established to analyze the process of laser-material interaction.On the basis of theory,the laser heating spot image acquisition system was built.This system provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of laser heating spot quality by denoising,threshold segmentation,edge detection and extracting spot energy density distribution.Second,the paper analyzes the laser heating spot temperature field.Laser heating temperature field physical model is established.Heat conduction equations and boundary conditions are analyzed and laser heating parameter conditions are simulated.The experimental data were collected to analyze the relationship between laser heating temperature,laser power,heating time and other parameters,and the distribution of heating spot temperature field was analyzed to lay a foundation for laser heating system design.Finally,the paper established a laser heating system including a heating unit and a temperature control unit.Data processing software is written through MATLAB.The software can visually display the spot image processing results and temperature field analysis results.It has a monitoring feedback effect on the laser heating process.
