Research and application of comprehensive utilization of potato residue,including production of high protein feed,solid fermentation products,preparation of new adsorbent and binder of fuel alcohol and potato residue,preparation of feed seed yeast,edible film of instant noodle oil package and organic chemical products,etc.In this paper,the application of the key technology of comprehensive utilization of potato dregs was analyzed to solve the problems such as low comprehensive utilization rate,food safety and difficulty in technical popularization.In this study,yeast,mold,Beauveria bassiana and Bacillus thuringiensis were used for solid-state fermentation,and suitable strains were selected to optimize the fermentation conditions.1.Trichoderma spore fermentation has the best effect on potato residue composition in single strain fermentation test.2.In the influence of two-strain fermentation test on potato slag composition,the comprehensive fermentation ability of HX+DB,DB+NJ and DB+BC fermentation test groups was determined to be excellent.3.In the influence of fermentation test of three strains on potato slag composition,the combination of KC+HX+DB and KC+DB+NJ had excellent fermentation capacity.4.The four strains of fermentation tests on potato slag composition,the influence of test integration after comparing single strain fermentation test,double strains fermentation experiments,as well as three strains of fermentation experiments,four strains of common fermentation under optimal combination fermentation on increasing the total protein content and reducing the content of crude fiber test effect is the most excellent.With the growth of potato residue medium strain intensity as the research o KCect,to test medium quantity adding auxiliary material,test the L9(43)orthogonal test,the potato residue fermented,four kinds of inorganic salt of urea,ammonium nitrate,potassium hydrogen phosphate,magnesium sulfate added amount of how much to growth and fermented product changes affect the change of protein and crude fiber content,the optimum amount of inorganic salt to add further.L9(43)orthogonal test was also carried out to study the effects of four factors on the fermentation products,including the inoculation amount,the fermentation time,the temperature to be controlled during the fermentation,and the thickness of the medium layer.1.Optimization of the amount of auxiliary additives test results showed that the strain growth of potato residue culture medium was the best and the bacterial population density was the highest when adding 12% of the total mass of bran as auxiliary nutrients.2.In the optimization of fermentation conditions of potato slag medium,the optimal addition amount of four inorganic salts is: urea 2%,ammonium nitrate 0.5%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.6%,magnesium sulfate 0.02%.3.The optimization test results of fermentation process conditions can be obtained.The order of the degree of influence of fermentation conditions is inoculating quantity >,material layer thickness >,fermentation time >,fermentation temperature.In this paper,the study on the solid fermentation technology of potato residue with mixed bacteria and the study on the optimization of potato residue alcohol fermentation technology and its biological evaluation were carried out.The experimental results are as follows:1.The test of duck digestion and metabolism showed that the apparent digestibility of duck to crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat and total energy of fermented potato residue increased by 12%,21.8%,14.7% and 12.6%,respectively,compared with that before fermentation,with very significant differences(P<0.01);The apparent digestibility of amino acids in potato residue after fermentation was superior to that before fermentation,and the total apparent digestibility of amino acids increased by 26.84%,with significant difference(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of the total amount of essential amino acids increased by 26.83%,with significant difference(P<0.05)2.The influence of fermentation conditions on the alcoholic fermentation conditions of potato residue was investigated,and the process was optimized.The results showed that the ethanol fermentation yield was the highest after adding 4%-amylase,1.4% saccharifying enzyme,saccharification for 1.5h,inoculation of 8% yeast seed liquid,oxygenation for 8h in the early stage of fermentation,and fermentation for 60 h.
