Regional water resources assessment is closely related to spatial data such as topography and geomorphology,hydrometeorology,and hydrogeological parameters.Especially in the current era of big data,how to effectively use the above-mentioned massive information to quickly and accurately evaluate water resources has become an urgent problem.Evaluate the characteristics of the spatial distribution of the required data,and evaluate the regional water resources model.Geographic information system spatial analysis and cloud data processing characteristics can be used to improve work efficiency and achieve information query and update.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to establish a rapid water resources assessment system based on GIS.This paper relies on the secondary project “Regional Water Resources Survey Methods and Investigation of Groundwater Ecological Thresholds” of the Songcheng Plain Typical District Baicheng Hydrogeological Survey to design a rapid water resources assessment system for the Songnen Plain,and uses the object-oriented visualization of the Arcgis Engine development module in secondary development,Combined with C # language to develop a rapid assessment system for water resources,the main design directions are:(1)Establish a database management system.The database management system takes hydrogeological information and hydrometeorological data as basic indicators,and the data source comes from the official data used by programing in the second national water resources assessment,and then collects,stores,and analyzes various water resources data in the research area with a complete spatial database system established afterwards.This system can realize the functions of data import,calculation and evaluation result output and database query and retrieval.(2)Establish a basic geographic information system.Visualize the spatial features in the software window,and implement the functions of spatial data collection,layer attribute query retrieval,layer attribute statistics,and spatial query based on the geographic layer and its data data attributes.This system covers the four elements of Baicheng City's water resources,hydrogeological parameter zones,districts,counties,and township administrative zones and other spatial elements and attributes.(3)Establish a rapid calculation and evaluation system for water resources.Develop a rapid calculation and evaluation system for surface water resources based on the principle of common calculation methods of surface water resources,implement the runoff coefficient method model,P-III frequency curve calculation model,and rainfall runoff function relationship method model,and calculate and evaluate the surface water resources in the research area in multiple ways.the amount.At the same time,the principle of the groundwater resource calculation method is incorporated into the rapid calculation and evaluation system of groundwater resources as an algorithm to realize the calculation of the parameters of the groundwater resources in the study area,the analysis and calculation of the groundwater balance,and the rapid calculation and evaluation of the graphical method.Based on the calculation of surface water and groundwater resources in the early stage,a rapid calculation and evaluation system for total water resources was developed to achieve the calculation of surface water and groundwater repetitions and total water resources.Combined with water resources development and utilization data,a rapid calculation and evaluation system for water resources availability is established to achieve calculation and evaluation of surface water availability,groundwater exploitation capacity,and water resources availability.(4)The developed rapid calculation and evaluation system of water resources is applied to the evaluation of water resources in Baicheng City,a typical area of the Songnen Plain,which integrates map visualization and analysis and evaluation of spatial data of water resources to achieve rapid evaluation of regional water resources.The results show that the design of the water resources rapid assessment system not only greatly improves the efficiency of water resources assessment,but also provides technical support for the scientific management of water resources and the development and utilization of information technology,which has outstanding practical significance and reference value.
